In persuuance of its specific objective to improve the physiccal, mental and immotional health of students, the Yoga Committee undertook following activiies during the academic year 2016-17

  • Celebrating the International Day for Yogaon 21st June 2016 where in more than 150 students and staff members performed various yog asanas.
  •  Holding monthly facilitation event to encourge studetns and also to popularized yoga among the other college students.

The College is holding regular Yoga sessions in it premises daily (Monday-Saturday) from 7.45 A.M. to 8.45 A.M. The session is supervised by trained yoga instructor from the Bhartiya Yog Sansthan. No fee is charged                                                                      for training sessions and breakfast is also free of cost.
